Lake Mountain
Lake Mountain is open
Significant damage was caused by the 2009 bushfires, however the main building at the resort stands unscathed. Temporary buildings are being set up ready for the snow season and tracks are being cleared. New snow grooming machines and equipment have been ordered and are on their way.
Lake Mountain is the closest snow resort to Melbourne, making it ideal for families to enjoy tobogganing, snow tubing, sled rides, cross-country skiing and playing in the snow.
Help out the bushfire recovery effort by visiting the snow at Lake Mountain this season.
