A large living room features a sofa bed, television and portable CD player, while the bathroom includes a deep bath, shower and sleek granite-look bench tops. These rooms also come equipped with a full-sized kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hotplates and oven.

The queen-size bedroom is separate from the living room and, due to the unique city-fringe vantage-point of Mantra on Jolimont, some rooms offer panoramic city views.
