DAY ONE - YARRA VALLEY
Morning

From Melbourne, head east for the rolling hills, contented cows and fabulous food of the famous Yarra Valley, an easy hour's drive. The Yarra Valley is now the home to over 40 wineries and a multitude of shops and cafes.

Sample some of the wine at the Australian arm of French Champagne giant Moet and Chandon. Once at Domaine Chandon be sure to take one of their hourly guided tours around the exhibition hall, winery and 'ridding' hall, where winemaking techniques are explained.

DAY THREE - YARRA VALLEY AND MELBOURNE
