Dont miss visiting the Old Melbourne Jail where Ned Kelly and some of his gang were hanged.
You can still feel the cold and strange atmosphere of the cells even on a hot day.
Also there is a small museum you pass through first which houses the mounted Phar Lap.
We were fortunate that on our visit Phar Lap's heart was also on display from Adelaide.
