Red Rock Olives

Nestled beneath the spectacular natural beauty of the Grampians Ranges in western Victoria, Red Rock Olives produces an exciting range of gourmet olive products, including cold pressed extra-virgin olive oils, table olives, herbally infused olive oils, tapenades and dressings. Our products will look and taste great at your table, and make attractive gifts.

We are passionate about the beauty of our olive grove and the quality of the products we produce from the flourishing trees. You are welcome to visit, taste our products with us and wander through the olive grove at your leisure.

In a grove of 5,000 trees established progressively from 1997, we grow a range of oil and table olive producing cultivars including Frantoio, Manzanillo, Kalamata, Californian Queen, Koroneiki and Nevadillo Blanco. The hot dry climate is ideal for producing richly flavoured olive oils. Unfortunately the olive grove was badly burnt in the bush fires of January 2006, and many trees destroyed, but we are rebuilding and the surviving trees are slowly regenerating.

Red Rock Olives produce cold pressed extra-virgin olive oils characterised by strong fruity flavours followed by a peppery finish, in the 'early harvest' style. Our table olives are firm and have great flavour. We have won many awards for our products in Shows and Competitions around Australia - you can be sure that you are buying quality products.

Visitors to our Olive Shop may also purchase handmade olive oil soaps and skin creams, olive leaf extract and tea, dukkah, olive pottery, olive wood serve ware and other gifts.
